All landscape maintenance contract starts in the Spring season and ends in Fall.
Maintenance contract includes the following:
Mowing – includes bagging and grass removal * Cultivating and trimming of garden plants 
All garden beds to remain free of weeds * Spring and Fall Clean-ups

Other Services: Hedge and Shrub Trimming * Flower Beds * Grass Seeding and Sodding * Aeration

Site Maintenance: Power sweep * Parking Lot Line painting * Garbage Clean up / Organization
